Lawrence Chew

Lawrence M. Chew - Principal, CPA, CGMA

Lawrence was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and graduated from Iolani School. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of San Francisco. Lawrence received his CPA certificates from the State of Hawaii in 1992 and the State of California in 1986 (currently inactive). Lawrence joined the firm as a principal in 2014. Prior to N&K, Lawrence was a partner at a national accounting firm and a local accounting firm. He is responsible for client services and quality control monitoring of the Assurance Services Division. Lawrence is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants and CPAmerica International.

In his free time, Lawrence enjoys watching sporting events, cooking, golfing and traveling. He was previously very active with youth baseball.
