Denny Nakayama

Denny N. D. Nakayama - Principal, CPA, JD

Denny joined N&K CPAs, Inc. in 2015. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree with a minor in Philosophy from the University of San Diego and a Juris Doctor degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law. Denny was admitted to the Hawaii State Bar in 2005 and received his Hawaii CPA license in 2011. He has over 12 years of public accounting experience and became a principal of the firm in 2019.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Hawaii State Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant, the Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants, CPAmerica International, the Hawaii Estate Planning Council, the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii and the Urban Land Institute Hawaii.

In his free time, Denny enjoys playing the guitar and spending time with his dog.
