FUTURE AND GROWTH

Professional accountants have an obligation to themselves, the firm, and their profession to constantly keep abreast of developments in the field. To aid our personnel in this area, we established the N&K Academy, which is the vehicle which encompasses all of the tools to support personnel training and development.

The Academy provides both technical and soft-skills training through live in-house seminars, web-based learning, and on-the-job training. Most of our live in-house training are presented by members of our supervisory group which also helps them develop public speaking and presentation skills.

Personnel also have the opportunity to participate in seminars sponsored by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants, and other professional organizations here and on the mainland.
