Reputation in the community:

• How long has the firm been in business?
• How does the firm rank in size compared to other CPA firms?
• What do people have to say about the firm?
• Where is the office located?
• Does the firm provide timely service?

Services provided:

• What types of services can the firm provide?
• Does the firm have areas of expertise that might coincide with what I need?

Clients:

• What types of clients does the firm deal with?

Fees:

• Do fees appear reasonable for the services provided?

Personal:

• Do I feel comfortable with the person handling my account?
• Are personnel pleasant and friendly?
• Is the firm concerned with what my needs are?
